In this role, you’ll be to conducting metrics performance analysis, provide accurate, timely, and substantiated deliverables, reports, and in-depth analytics to enhance the decision-making processes, ensuring the sustainability of key business functions in the Sales departments. This role will Lead and conduct forecasting process supporting budget planning decisions of the areas, expert management of advanced analytics tools including SQL, Python and Excel, also, will lead forecasting process aligned with the strategy, business plan, and priorities of the Department of Total Rewards, Analysis, and Special Events, support on providing key information used for decision making. Will lead the design, development, and implementation of dashboards using Tableau, propose, design, and develop automated business reporting of our competitors and the industry landscape for strategic planning purposes, lead benchmarks focused on competitors strategies oriented to Sales Force Career Development. Responsibilities—what you'll do: • Lead and Supervise the development, deployment and execution of queries using SQL, Excel and Tableau to conduct regular updates of the internal business data, maintain continues improvement focus and approach to take advantage of tools and technologies oriented to efficiencies. • Supervise monthly reports of the preliminary Financial & Marketing Analysis (FMA) and commissions, business Key Performance Indicators, operational updates and postmortem analysis on special promotions oriented to strengthen Sales Force Career development, analysis of indicators at a deep level, KPIs, Sales Force Strata, Directors in Low Production, Commissions by career level, NSD´s performance and area Performance for personalized follow up by the Sales Development Managers Team. Provide insights and explanations over the Commissions account detailing variations and correlating them with special actions & business promotions. • Supervise the development of analysis to detect patterns or behaviors of the sales force related with the indicators of the FMA, sales and recruiting programs, impact of promotions help defining strategies. Promote best practices sharing to improve analytical work. • Lead projects/initiatives of deployment of AI solutions oriented to improve data analysis performance and guide team actions to maintain a continuous improvement approach. • Lead market and competitor analysis in regard to Career Growth initiatives as well as reinforce Sales Force engagement with their business. • Supervise the repository of analyses, dashboards and key documents related to the behavior of the sales force on strategies, programs, current promotions and relevant topics. • Promote strategy meetings with key functional areas in order to share valuable information and findings that help on business decisions. • Lead and promote strategic time management and agenda management best practices sharing with areas in order to help on defining priorities as well as on activity tracking focused on achieving task delivery on due dates defined. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Sciences, Actuarial Sciences, Financial Administration, advanced degrees in any of these previous fields. · 7 years of experience in event operations or event management. · Demonstrated experience participating and leading teams in transformational and strategic projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail for day-to-day tasks · Mandatory Proficient/Professional English Skills: Advanced knowledge in Business Intelligence/Business Analytics. Experience creating complex and creative KPIs to understand the intricacies of the MK business. Experience creating and maintaining state of the art dashboards with Tableau or SSRS. Advanced knowledge and experience with complex SQL queries and data models. Advanced usage of Microsoft Excel: simulation & Visual Basic of Applications (VBA) scripting. Advance use, creating and deploying AI models using Python.
