Now Hiring: B2B Sales Representative (Staffing/Recruitment/BPO) 100% Remote | Mon–Fri, 9–6 CT | ✨ M-F Salary offer: $35,000.00MXN net payment (somewhat of a contractor arrangement, under RESICO) commissions accounting support medical insurance. We’re looking for a B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team and play a key role in helping U.S. and Canadian businesses hire top talent in Mexico and LATAM . This isn’t just about closing deals and moving on — you’ll also own client relationships , acting as their trusted partner throughout the entire journey. From first discovery call to ongoing success, you’ll be the face of our remote recruitment solutions. ✨ What You’ll Do Work with warm, qualified leads provided to you through full email outreach and cold calling. Run the full sales cycle: discovery → proposal → negotiation → close. Conduct virtual demos and present solutions in a consultative way. Use email outreach as a primary communication and prospecting channel, supported by calls and LinkedIn networking. Take ownership of assigned accounts, serving as the main point of contact. Build long-term partnerships by ensuring client satisfaction, success, and retention . Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience. Maintain pipeline accuracy and detailed notes in HubSpot CRM . ✅ What We’re Looking For Advanced or native-level English (spoken & written). 4 years of B2B sales experience , preferably in staffing, recruitment, HR services, or BPO. Proven success selling to U.S. or Canadian clients. Strong track record of closing deals and managing accounts post-sale . Excellent communication skills, with a focus on professional email outreach . CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo). Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a remote-first setup.
