Please send your application in English. Your Tasks - What You can expect as HR Manager Italy? You serve as the main HR contact for all employees and managers in Italy in our plants in Oleggio & Poppi. You partner with business leaders to support organizational goals and drive employee engagement. You ensure compliance with Italian labor laws and regulations. You manage end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with Talent Acquisition. You oversee onboarding, performance management, and employee development. You support change management and organizational transformation initiatives. You collaborate closely with the HR EMEA team to ensure consistency and alignment across regions. Your Profile - What do You bring as HR Manager Italy? You hold a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. You have at least five years of professional experience in HR, ideally within a multinational environment. You possess strong knowledge of Italian labor legislation and have experience working with unions, including second-level agreements. You are fluent in Italian and English, with excellent communication skills. You bring experience in change management, ideally in companies transitioning from family-owned to corporate structures. You are familiar with talent and performance programs in international organizations.
