About the RoleReporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic financial decisions as part of the executive leadership team. This position offers the unique opportunity to succeed the current CFO transitioning into the Chief Operating Officer role—providing essential mentorship and continuity during your onboarding.The successful candidate will oversee the financial health of the organization while driving strategic growth initiatives and operational efficiency. With a hands-on approach, you will serve as an advisor and partner to the CEO, COO, and other key leaders to ensure sustainable, long-term value creation.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic advisor to the CEO, COO, and other stakeholders.Lead all aspects of finance, accounting, tax, and treasury functions, including non-financial areas as assigned.Foster interdepartmental collaboration, ensuring alignment across sales, operations, IT, and other functions.Develop and oversee the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.Utilize data analytics and KPIs to drive insights and enable agile decision-making.Manage cash flow, monitor financial covenants, and ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting.Oversee risk management initiatives and enhance financial controls to safeguard assets.Partner with the leadership team to evaluate business performance and lead efforts on innovation and cost control.Engage and coach a high-performing finance team, ensuring succession planning aligns with future goals.Build and maintain relationships with external auditors, investors, and lenders.Manage all aspects of public reporting to ensure compliance and transparency.Oversee IT strategy in collaboration with IT teams to support business data and system integration.Qualifications and RequirementsEducational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting. CPA and/or MBA required.Experience: 10-15 years in senior finance leadership roles, preferably within manufacturing, and extensive organizational leadership expertise.
