Execute daily funds transfers, EFTs, wires, and cash flow management strategies that align with organizational priorities.Create and enforce financial policies and procedures for seamless operational results.Lead Budget Preparation:Oversee yearly budgets and manage monthly updates within the ERP system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Strengthen Internal Controls:Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets against fraud and theft.Streamline accounting processes and bridge communication gaps for improved financial tracking.Deliver Reports With Precision:Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly financial statements, P& Ls, and audit-ready reporting.Ensure adherence to government reporting deadlines for uncompromised compliance.Build and Manage Teams:Recruit, train, and collaborate with accounting staff to nurture a high-performing team.Facilitate regular staff meetings to align performance and operational excellence.Engage With Stakeholders:Foster relationships with department heads, clients, external auditors, and financial institutions to ensure transparency and strong communication.Career Growth OpportunitiesOur client is deeply invested in your professional growth.
