You will direct accounting functions, implement operational efficiencies, and optimize financial systems to support business objectives. You'll pave the way for smarter decision-making through meticulous analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. If you're driven by excellence and thrive on creating value, this is the role for you.Key ResponsibilitiesOptimize Cash Flow: Develop and deliver insightful sales analyses, daily cash flow projections, and comparison reports, empowering smarter business decisions. Execute daily funds transfers, EFTs, wires, and cash flow management strategies that align with organizational priorities.Create and enforce financial policies and procedures for seamless operational results.Lead Budget Preparation:Oversee yearly budgets and manage monthly updates within the ERP system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Strengthen Internal Controls:Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets against fraud and theft.Streamline accounting processes and bridge communication gaps for improved financial tracking.Deliver Reports With Precision:Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly financial statements, P& Ls, and audit-ready reporting.Ensure adherence to government reporting deadlines for uncompromised compliance.Build and Manage Teams:Recruit, train, and collaborate with accounting staff to nurture a high-performing team.Facilitate regular staff meetings to align performance and operational excellence.Engage With Stakeholders:Foster relationships with department heads, clients, external auditors, and financial institutions to ensure transparency and strong communication.Career Growth OpportunitiesOur client is deeply invested in your professional growth.
