About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join the multidisciplinary engineering team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage multiple product lines and development projects, while working closely with cross-functional engineer teams and Chinese manufacturing partners. The ideal candidate will bring strong product management and project management experience, a solid understanding of mechanical engineering, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines to achieve business goals. Success in this role requires excellent bilingual communication skills (English and Mandarin) and a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from requirement planning through production release. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, quality control, and marketing …etc.) to align product specifications with business objectives. Coordinate with Chinese manufacturers to ensure timely production, quality assurance, and cost efficiency. Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables while proactively identifying and resolving risks or delays. Review and analyze product test results to ensure compliance with performance standards and customer expectations. Develop and maintain documentation, including product related reports, and project updates. Provide feedback and recommendations to senior management to support product improvements and strategic growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM discipline, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline. 1-3 years of experience in product management or project management within hardware/consumer electronics. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering fundamentals. Excellent command of both English and Mandarin (written and spoken). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; familiarity with project management & time management tools such as Asana, Toggl is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail. Ideal Candidate Profile Strong organizational and analytical skills.
