Our client is a trusted name known for its commitment to excellence, integrity, and long-standing partnerships.As part of the leadership team, the Sales Manager oversees a team of 10 Sales Representatives responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds performance targets. The ideal candidate will bring not only sales expertise but a strong alignment with company values, policies, and ethical standards.Key responsibilities, not limited to:- Team Leadership, strategic plans, monitoring team performance again KPI, adjusting strategies as appropriate and maintaining visibility in daily team operations to support accountability and performance.- Sales strategy, client relationship management and execution, cultivate relationships with key clients and prospects offering solution-oriented service.- Business development, market insight for business intelligence, participating in product presentation strategy, collaborating on market initiatives, special events, participate in trade shows, industry events and conferences.- Administrative, operational duties to ensure timely sales reports, forecast accuracy, approve tender submissions, proposals, presentations. Collaborate with HR regarding recruitment, selection, and training processes.Qualifications: - A minimum of 10 years related sales expertise in government and industry.- In-depth knowledge of Government NMSO and Supply Arrangements.- Strong proficiency using a variety of software such as Project Spec, Team Design and AutoCAD.- Demonstrated success leading and motivating sales teams focused on government accounts and key industry clients across Ottawa and surrounding areas.- A polished and professional communicator skilled in building trust and credibility.- Excellent communication skills in English spoken and written; French language skills is an asset.- A confident and strategic leader reflecting business acumen.- A security clearance or able to obtain.For more information, please forward resume in confidence to cindy.larocque@quantum.ca.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000!
