First Brands Group is hiring for a Sales Admin. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Analyst to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to support our sales operations while enjoying the flexibility of working from home in Mexico. Principal Accountabilities: CRM Management & Data Excellence Accurately input and update customer data, sales leads, and opportunities into our CRM system Ensure data integrity through regular audits and maintenance of records Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues to maintain system efficiency Sales Team Support Generate comprehensive reports and track key sales metrics Prepare and distribute professional sales documentation, proposals, and presentations Manage follow-ups and coordinate seamless communication across the sales team Education and Experience: 3 years of experience in sales administration or data entry roles Business-native English proficiency (written and verbal) CRM expertise with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems Exceptional organizational and time management abilities Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Self-motivated 2 years of experience with reporting and analytics tools Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or protected veteran status
