Discover the role The Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery while maintaining strong and effective relationships. The position requires providing ongoing support, supervising analyst activities, and ensuring operational excellence through compliance with internal controls and process improvement. Key Responsibilities • Provide support and follow-up to assigned accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery. • Oversee the daily activities of analysts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. • Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement. • Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and priorities. • Ensure compliance with company standards, minimizing errors and risks. Key Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Business, or a related field. • 6 to 8 years of professional experience, including 2 to 3 years in personnel management. • Advanced English, with excellent comprehension, writing, and communication skills. (EXCLUSIVE) • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word (advanced level). Experience with payroll ERP (preferably Superpayroll). • Strong leadership, proactivity, and attention to detail. What's on offer?
