Role: Sr. Project/Program Manager – Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid – Mostly Remote) Type: Permanent Salary: $200K–$250K CAD Start: October 2025 Citizenship: Canadian Citizen Required The Opportunity A major engineering company is seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager to serve as the Owner’s Representative for a 10-year, $8 billion program of transmission and distribution projects with a major utility. You’ll oversee large-scale EPC initiatives—transmission lines, substations—and ensure successful delivery from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage high-value T&D projects as the Owner’s Representative. Oversee all phases of EPC delivery (Engineering, Procurement, Construction). Provide strategic direction to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals. Navigate complex organizational and regulatory environments. Mentor teams and manage stakeholder relationships. Qualifications 15 years of large-scale infrastructure project management. Proven EPC experience in transmission lines and substations. Engineering degree; P.Eng and PMP preferred. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Canadian citizen; based in/relocatable to Toronto area. Ability to attend in-person meetings/site visits 2–3 times per month. Why Apply?
