Utilizing AI-powered route optimization and chaining, which can be executed by a marketplace of over 20,000 vetted drivers covered by an owned Captive Insurance unit, Draiver provides scalable solutions, ensuring faster deliveries and cost savings for auto/truck dealers, service centers, fleet companies, rental agencies, and OEMs. Position Overview: We are seeking an early career professional to support our Country Manager and Revenue Team. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of activities including creating sales proposal decks, preparing business reviews, managing communication campaigns, conducting market analysis, and other related tasks. Key Responsibilities: Grow existing customer base with new products, regional expansion and share of services Keep track and improve existing customer’s profitability Lead implementation of new customers ensuring a proper kick start of the operations and setting all variables for success Support developing price proposals Develop compelling presentations and proposal decks to showcase products or services to potential clients. Assist in compiling data and preparing reports for business reviews. Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to support decision-making. Support the planning, execution, and tracking of communication campaigns. Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior. Prepare reports and presentations based on findings to inform strategic decisions. Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, in the SaaS or technology industry Minimum of 5years of experience in the automotive sector (auto retail, auto servicing OEMs, fleet management companies, trucking companies). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus. Ability to travel frequently for face-to-face customer visits. Proven experience in SaaS sales, preferably in the automotive industry. Key Competencies: Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
