Be all this—and more—at Colliers Pre-Audit Specialist Position Objective: Lead and support the CAM Audit process, ensuring timely and complete document delivery, rigorous audit execution, and strategic coordination with landlords and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Review the location list provided to determine which landlords to contact. Ensure all required audit documentation is provided by landlords, including: -Current and previous year reconciliation statements -Expense breakdown worksheets (no lump-sum charges) -Client payment history -Tenant and general ledgers tied to billed expenses -Official property tax statements -Insurance bills, declaration pages, and premium breakdown Submit documents to Colliers Lease Admin via DMT under CAM Audit type. Colliers Audit Team initiates audit procedures Prepare and deliver monthly audit update reports Analytical skills, effective communication, and operational coordination—specifically to lead CAM (Common Area Maintenance) audits within the real estate lease administration process. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in lease administration, CAM audits, property management, or commercial real estate operations. Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in coordinating operational processes and reviewing financial documentation. Fluent, conversational English is essential for this role, ensuring clear communication, professional collaboration, and confident engagement in English-speaking environments.
