Client Solutions Analyst (Entry-Level)

We’re a fast-growing AI-focused tech company looking for a motivated and curious Product Specialist to join our team onsite in Mexico City (Reforma). If you have around 1-3 year of experience in customer support, onboarding, sales, or any client-facing role—and you’re passionate about technology—this could be your next big opportunity. You’ll help new users get started with our platform, guide them through essential features, and ensure they have a great experience from day one. We’ll support you with training, clear processes, and a team that wants to see you grow. What You’ll Be Doing Join live video calls with new users and walk them through platform features. Answer questions and offer simple, clear solutions. Help users get started with tools like mailbox integration, CRM sync, or automations. Become a product expert over time—and share your learnings with the team. Spot common customer issues and share ideas to improve the onboarding process. What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of experience in customer support, onboarding, or a similar role. Amazing communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly. Highly responsible and proactive —you take ownership of your work and follow through. Strong English skills (C1 level). Comfortable speaking on video calls (Zoom, Meet, etc.). Curious about technology—you enjoy learning new software. Organized and eager to help people and solve problems. Work Setup This is a full-time, onsite role based at our Reforma office in Mexico City . You’ll be expected to commute to the office Monday to Friday .
