Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Responsibilities Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation Develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. Proven project management experience (3-4 years preferred). Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including proficiency in Microsoft Project. Fluent in spoken and written English. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and excellence.
