Job Description

FMCG Company Role Overview: The Facilities Management Leader will partner with internal and external stakeholders to achieve safety, sustainability, and engagement goals. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive Facilities roadmap and annual operating plan aligned with the company's strategic goals. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal performance across all Facilities functions. Operational Excellence: Establish a robust governance structure to oversee and manage operational performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Lead and manage the Building Maintenance program, ensuring all facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards. Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to business continuity plans, manufacturing standards, and government regulations. Foster a culture of safety and compliance across the site, conducting regular reviews and monitoring for effective implementation. Leadership & Development: Coach and mentor the Facilities team to implement Integrated Lean 6 Sigma (IL6S) principles, driving zero breakdowns through preventive/predictive maintenance strategies. Champion the adoption of best practices in maintenance and operation, including Progressive Maintenance (PM), Condition Based Monitoring (CBM), Visual Controls, Lubrication Management, and Equipment Calibration. Develop a robust succession plan for critical roles within the Facilities team, ensuring a pipeline of talent to maintain operational excellence. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including service providers, to align priorities and ensure seamless collaboration. Qualifications: Experience: Proven track record of success in operational and manufacturing leadership within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. Strong experience in implementing and managing TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies. Deep understanding of Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. Technical Skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Strong financial and business acumen, coupled with exceptional project management skills. Expertise in industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment, including Progressive Maintenance (PM) and Spare Parts Management. Working knowledge of SAP PM module and basic Technology & Engineering automation principles. Leadership & Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven ability to coach, mentor, and lead teams in a dynamic environment. Demonstrated skills in analytics, problem-solving, and team building. Additional Information: This role requires proficiency in English. Experience with CO2 distribution systems, ammonia chillers, cooling towers, pumping systems, and troubleshooting is highly valued. A strong understanding of TPM methodologies and implementation is essential.
