The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the development team, architects, and consulting companies for projects involving the design, creation, and maintenance of cybersecurity aspects of Alstom's solutions. The resource will work across projects and programs to validate cybersecurity solutions and define architectures within the Signaling Division. The role involves acting as the interface with core project teams, supporting and guiding them in cybersecurity implementation. Key responsibilities include: Security analysis of Alstom solutions and defining security requirements. Leading or contributing to activities such as cybersecurity risk assessment, implementation of requirements, evaluation of solutions, vulnerability management. Managing internal and third-party teams. Providing technical guidance and oversight on cybersecurity architecture and implementation. Responding to security incidents and conducting post-event analysis. Monitoring cyber trends related to provided solutions. Educational and Professional Requirements University or engineering degree or equivalent experience/qualifications. 5-8 years of experience in IT/OT security and risk management, focusing on security, performance, and reliability. Understanding of cybersecurity standards such as ISA/IEC 62443, TS 50701, ISO 2700X, NIST, NIS. Knowledge of cybersecurity risk assessment methodologies and defense-in-depth techniques. Experience with system security evaluation and intrusion testing techniques. Understanding of third-party auditing and OT system architecture is preferred. Ability to design cybersecurity architectures at both high and low levels. Proficiency in system and network architecture, operating systems, and programming languages. Cybersecurity certification such as ISA/IEC 62443 is a plus. Experience with embedded or industrial systems and system engineering is advantageous. Excellent knowledge of English is mandatory. Strong communication skills and ability to interact across different personnel levels. Dynamic, autonomous, creative, and capable of working in complex environments. J-18808-Ljbffr
