About Dobot Dobot is a world leader in smart collaborative robotics and the creator of desktop-grade robotic arms. Core technologies are developed in-house, including AI, system integration, intelligent sensing, and more. The core team members come from prestigious academic and research institutions such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tsinghua University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Shandong University, and MIT. We offer 7 main product lines: CR, CRA, CRS, MG400, M1 Pro, Nova, and Magician , with over a dozen robot models. We are the industry leader in payload coverage, offering products from 0.5 to 30 kg. Responsibilities Providing technical support to channel partners. Offering robotic application support and consultations to channel partners and Dobot's sales team. Developing and translating technical training curricula and conducting training courses for partners and technical workshops for end users. Enhancing partners' and users' technical knowledge of Dobot robots and applications. Preparing and translating technical documentation. Participating in customer visits. Representing Dobot at trade shows and seminars. Developing applications for trade shows and seminars. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechatronics, Engineering, or Computer Science-related fields. Minimum three years of experience in robotics or automation industry. Experience in designing and integrating robotic applications. Experience in conducting seminars and training sessions. Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Strong computer and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as C++, Java, Python, or Lua (a plus). J-18808-Ljbffr
