SHE Manager

The ideal candidate for this position will be successful in this role if they have in-depth technical knowledge of the company and the sector. This is essential, as they will be a key person in directing, coordinating, and managing the company's safety, health, and environmental actions at its various locations (plants and offices) based on legal and corporate requirements, as well as internal risk reduction plans. Responsibilities Coordinate safety and environmental activities carried out in relation to legal compliance with safety regulations Coordinate and execute actions based on identified internal and/or external risks Protect the safety of people and prevent potential damage or losses Propose and implement safety, health, and environmental plans and programs Define safety, health, and environmental standards and rules Develop and maintain a safety, health, and environmental management system Comply with internal control guidelines in order to ensure the necessary controls and safeguarding of company assets Requirements Chemical, industrial, or related engineering degree Master's degree in industrial safety, environmental control, or at least a specialization in both Advanced Microsoft Office Strong leadership skills Advanced fluent English
