Bilingual Finance & Operations Lead Salary Range: $53,000 - $61,000 MXN payroll/month $65,000 - $77,000 MXN Direct/month Full-time – Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (CDMX time) Work modality: 100% remote About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance & Operations Manager to support the financial health, internal processes, and daily administrative functions of a fast-growing technology company based in the U.S. This person will work closely with U.S.-based leadership, act as the point of contact for accounting partners, and help streamline company-wide operations in both English and Spanish. This is a key role that blends finance , operations , and administration for a company in a dynamic tech environment. You must bring proven experience in handling cross-border operations, contractor/vendor management, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the liaison between U.S. executive leadership and Mexican operations . Collaborate with external accounting firms (in Mexico and the U.S.) to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Handle payroll processing , benefits administration , and onboarding paperwork for employees and contractors. Manage international payments , using platforms such as Wise , Chase , or MercadoPago . Review vendor contracts , manage RFPs , and ensure compliance with internal approval processes. Assist with invoicing , budget monitoring , and spend tracking . Oversee Upwork contractor agreements , time tracking, and project billing. Contribute to developing and refining internal SOPs (standard operating procedures) to enhance operational efficiency. Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership as needed. Requirements: 8*10 years of relevant experience in finance , operations , or administration . Prior experience working in IT , technology , SaaS , Manufacture or digital service companies. Familiarity with U.S. and Mexican financial standards , vendor management, and benefits platforms. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (written and verbal). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Proficient in tools such as Excel , QuickBooks , Google Workspace , Wise , Upwork , or similar.
