Job Description

Controller – Accounting & Tax Are you an expert in accounting and tax compliance, looking for a strategic role where you can make a real impact on the organization? This opportunity is for you! Position Objective: Responsible for leading the accounting and tax processes of the company, ensuring compliance with current regulations, accurate preparation of financial statements, and fiscal optimization. Key Responsibilities: Oversee general and analytical accounting processes. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Consolidate financial statements. Ensure compliance with local and international tax obligations. Coordinate tax audits and respond to tax authority requirements. Ensure proper application of current accounting and tax regulations. Implement and improve internal accounting and tax controls. Technical Requirements: Strong knowledge of accounting standards (local and international). Up-to-date understanding of tax legislation. Experience with accounting systems and ERP software (SAP, Dynamics, etc.). Advanced Excel skills (experience with BI tools like Power BI is a plus). English proficiency (required). Desired Profile: University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Specialization or diploma in Taxation (preferred). At least 5 years of experience in accounting and tax-related roles. Proven experience managing financial closings and tax processes. Key Skills: Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking. Highly organized and deadline-oriented. Ability to interpret regulations and make informed decisions. Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
