Job Description

Headquartered in Hong Kong, CMI has expanded our footprint in 20 countries across different regions. Job Responsibilities: Work with customer managers to understand client needs and design suitable solutions. Prepare technical proposals, business quotations, and solution presentations. Provide accurate business quotations in line with company standards. Support project delivery, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely execution. Build and manage local solution and delivery support teams. Form a “triangular relationship” with customer managers and delivery teams to strengthen customer engagement. Act as a key technical contact, respond quickly to customer needs, and ensure satisfaction. Gather feedback to improve services and identify new opportunities. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 5 years of experience in IT, Telecommunications or similar field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in either one of the languages: English, Spanish
