Payroll Specialist

We are Hiring Payroll Specialist Join to a US based Company. Advanced EnglishSpanish. We are seeking a highly experienced Payroll Specialist with at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end payroll processes. The ideal candidate would be proficient in PRISM payroll software, have strong attention to detail, and be well-versed in U.S. payroll regulations and multi-state payroll processing. Key Responsibilities: ● Process accurate and timely payroll for multiple entities and/or locations using PRISM ● Maintain and audit payroll records, including timekeeping, bonuses, commissions, and deductions ● Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws ● Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner ● Generate payroll reports for management, finance, and external audits ● Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency ● Handle wage garnishments, tax withholdings, and benefits deductions. Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (EST) Mexican Law Benefits Monthly Gross Salary: 42,000 MXN This is an On Site Job in our Offices in Merida, Yuc.
