Data Strategy Lead

Responsible for defining and driving the data strategy within their domain, ensuring governance, quality, accessibility, and data utilization to enable informed business decisions. Acts as a bridge between technical and functional areas, ensuring alignment between business needs, analytical capabilities, and strategic opportunities derived from effective data use. Responsibilities: Effectively influence various stakeholders through clear and assertive communication. Connect business, technology, and analytics teams to drive comprehensive solutions. Design and execution of data roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy. Ability to translate technical findings into actionable and understandable narratives. Critical and structured evaluation of complex problems, identifying patterns and opportunities. Transform data into meaningful insights for decision-making. Create dashboards and reports that facilitate understanding and monitoring of key indicators. Deep knowledge of the organization’s context, processes, and objectives. Planning, execution, and follow-up of data initiatives focused on value and compliance. Requirements: Completed studies in Computer Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields. English level B2. 5 years working with data platforms. 3 years of experience in data management for People areas. Advanced SQL proficiency and Python scripting for analysis and pipeline generation. Experience with tools such as Dataiku, Informatica, Airflow, BigQuery. Experience in ecosystems like GCP, Azure, or AWS and their interoperability with data lakes and analytical warehouses. Development of visual solutions with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, focused on usability and adoption.
