Job Number: 404 Job Category: GovTech Job Title: FULL STACK DEVELOPER (404) - VIRGINIA - URGENT Job Type: Full-time Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI - Full Scope Polygraph Work Arrangement: On-site Job Location: Chantilly VA Salary: 120K- 168K Background * Work with the Chief Engineer and Technical Leads to translate requirements into user stories to incorporate new functionality into various software applications * Develop custom data processing functions and applications using data libraries in languages such as Python * Interface with numerous front-end frameworks in order to display and interact with data in various formats * Containerizing Java and Python microservices and deploying to an AWS cloud environment * Leverage AWS best practices to optimize code for cloud deployment with cost-conscious development and deployment strategies * Build automated testing frameworks and security scanning and integrating these tools into the CI/CD pipeline Requirements * Minimum of 4-7 years' experience with design and development of software solutions at one or more layers of the technical stack (data, application, UI) * Programming languages, particularly Python, Java, Javascript, TypeScript, SQL * Cloud application and data deployment in AWS (EMR, EKS, ECR, RDS, etc.) * DevOps tools and services (Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, Packer, etc.) * Integration with applications and data across a platform (e.g. APIs) * Developing software within Agile methodologies Preferred * Experience developing web APIs to interface with cloud applications and databases as part of cloud native software applications * Experience working with open-source Python libraries and packages to speed to software development lifecycle
