Job Description Job Description Kelly Now Hiring-Manufacturing Lab Technician Assists with the setup, operation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment in a laboratory setting. This role involves working with machines, tools, and devices to perform tests, experiments, and other tasks related to mechanical engineering. Key Responsibilities: Setting up and operating lab equipment: This includes preparing machines, tools, and instruments for testing or experiments. Performing tests and experiments: Conducting tests on materials, components, or systems to gather data and analyze results. Assisting with repairs and maintenance: Helping to fix and maintain lab equipment to ensure it is in good working order. Recording data and results: Documenting test procedures, observations, and findings in a detailed and organized manner. Analyzing data: Interpreting test results and drawing conclusions to inform design improvements or troubleshooting. Collaborating with engineers and researchers: Working with other professionals to support research, development, and testing efforts.
