LEGAL ASSISTANT - REAL ESTATE PRACTICE

Job Description Job Description Position Overview : Seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our real estate practice group. The ideal candidate will support multiple attorneys in a fast-paced environment handling complex commercial real estate transactions. Required Qualifications : - Minimum 5 years' experience as a legal assistant in commercial real estate practice - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including: * Document formatting and styles * Table of contents generation * Track changes and document comparison - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Acrobat DC, including: * PDF creation and manipulation * Redaction * PDF portfolio creation Core Responsibilities : 1. Document Management - Draft and revise real estate documents - Maintain transaction closing checklists - Organize and maintain electronic files - Manage document versions and redlines - Prepare closing binders 2. Transaction Support - Maintain closing calendars - Track deadlines and critical dates - Prepare closing documents 3.
