Job Description Job Description A top 10 global law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate (2–4 years of experience) to join its growing Technology Disputes and Commercial Litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact legal matters for leading global technology clients, addressing some of the most complex and novel legal challenges in the industry. Key Responsibilities Support and lead litigation strategies in matters involving privacy, intermediary liability, defamation, online safety, and regulatory enforcement Draft substantive pleadings, motions, client memos, and regulatory responses across jurisdictions Advise clients on cross-border legal risks related to new products, platforms, and business practices Coordinate with local counsel globally to ensure consistency and alignment in litigation strategy Conduct legal analysis of content moderation, platform liability, and related issues across global markets Qualifications 2–4 years of litigation experience at a law firm or equivalent legal setting Strong drafting, analytical, and strategic thinking skills Experience with complex commercial or technology-related litigation preferred Admitted to practice and in good standing in relevant jurisdiction Business-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Foreign language proficiency (e.g., German, French, Italian, Hebrew) is a plus Why This Opportunity Work with high-profile clients in a fast-evolving legal landscape Gain exposure to cutting-edge litigation and international regulatory work Competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses Collaborative, diverse, and intellectually rigorous environment
