Job Description Job Description Overview KPG is looking for an accounting professional with a background in both accounts payable and receivable and who thrives in fast‐paced, tight‐knit teams. Responsibilities : Process and audit expense reports, supplier invoices, vendor payments, and customer receipts, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. Manage general ledger journal entries, reconciliations, and month‐end closing tasks. Analyze financial data to support cash flow forecasting, aging reports, and intercompany statements. Maintain tight control over accounts receivable aging, collections follow‐up, and coordination with sales or logistics for shipment discrepancies. Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to support process improvements, new system roll‐outs, and enhance internal controls. Assist with vendor inquiries, supplier onboarding, credit term reviews, and expense policy compliance. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2 years of AP/AR experience in a dynamic corporate or distribution environment. Demonstrated proficiency in accounting software and Excel. Solid skills in journal entry posting, month‐end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. Exceptional analytical ability, with a knack for spotting trends, discrepancies, and ensuring data integrity. Highly organized, detail‐oriented, and committed to accuracy under tight deadlines.
