Oracle Cloud Finance – Senior Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology? An Oracle Cloud Finance Snr Consultant who wants to work in a collaborative environment? As an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance Snr Consultant, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients. Work you’ll do/Responsibilities As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. You will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions. Oracle Cloud FI Senior Consultant, focuses on guiding and assisting clients through all phases of an Oracle Cloud Financials implementation, must have completed four or more end-to-end implementations in Oracle Cloud Financials. The Senior Consultant will identify and apply creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles. Qualifications Required 6-10 years of consulting and/or industry experience Completion of coursework ( Egresado ) in any pertinent field or industry Responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams Identifies key drivers, defines problems and proposes solutions Advanced English level Preferred At least have experience in one of these modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Asset Management, Payments & Collections, Accounts Receivables, Cash & Expense Management, Integrated BI, Social & Extensibility. Using in-depth knowledge of the Oracle Financials Applications, as well as industry best practice expertise, consults with clients to provide cost effective solutions to client business scenarios. Develop unit test scripts and coordinate with the client to perform the User Acceptance Testing of the system enhancements or custom solutions. Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications if necessary. Identifies and applies creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles and problems. Works collaboratively with project team and client employees to develop, test, and implement Oracle Clouds solutions. Refine customer requirements in detail, document and present to the client for approval. Analysis, design, configure and development solutions for Oracle Financial applications. Gather business requirements through business process workshops. Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing. Lead and direct the following phases of system life cycle. Work with Oracle to resolve service requests. Go-Live preparation and cut-over support. Help clients understand leading business processes so they can transform their business with Oracle. Spot strategies, risks, and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients and functions meet their needs. Lead, coach and advise a small project team in addition to managing their performance (depending upon the structure of a project). Give clients options for designs using prototypes. Set up, document, and test the Oracle system; understand and apply Oracle methodologies. Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go. Gain the trust of your client, teammates, and managers to make sure projects get delivered. Keep growing your skills to help your team with business development and sales efforts. Stay in the know on leading industry trends and Oracle features to give your clients the best solutions for their needs. Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of procurement ERP solutions. Wide range of accounting experiences such as Chart of accounts redesign, proven financial reporting experience and Multi-Org / Mutli-Currency experience. 6 years of experience as Oracle Functional Consultant implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades. Proven experience with guiding clients through business process improvements. Ability to write functional specification based on user requirements. Secondary skills Strong Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite. Knowledge of other BI tools.
