Process Engineer

Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products. Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, mechatronics engineering or related field Fluent English level 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing processes in metal-mechanical industry Experience in plant start-ups (is a plus) Lean manufacturing Cad/Cam software (solidworks, autocad, etc) CNC, welding, matching, coatings and related processes Statistical process control Work experience in processes comply with quality, safety and environmental standars Technical drawing interpretation and standars Experience in generating operational and quality documents
