Packaging Plant Manager

This position must relocate to Ciudad Juarez. Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Plant Manager to lead our packaging manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of management experience in a packaging manufacturing environment and possess strong leadership abilities, operational expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of production supervisors, technicians, and operators. Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork, open communication, and professional growth. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficient and effective production processes. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in production, quality, and safety. Develop and manage plant budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations. Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards. Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes and procedures. Safety & Compliance: Promote and enforce a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments, implementing corrective actions as needed. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and operational efficiency. Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the plant. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a packaging manufacturing environment. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams in a production setting. Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards. Proficiency in using manufacturing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
