Bedrijfsomschrijving We are looking for a Senior Assistant Brand Manager to support and lead portfolio transformation projects across the European region. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (including Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and local marketing teams) to ensure strategic initiatives are implemented effectively and on time. This is a temporary position due to ongoing portfolio restructuring, with the possibility of extension. Omschrijving Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate strategic portfolio initiatives across EU markets Analyze brand and category performance using financial and consumer data Align with local market teams on implementation (OTIF) and portfolio relevance Support local customer strategy teams with tailored trade stories Build business cases and collaborate with Finance on project budgeting Drive simplification initiatives (e.g., raw material, packaging) with R&D and Supply Chain Maintain documentation and dashboards on portfolio changes and performance Monitor project progress through structured review moments (e.g., 100-day, PLE) Profiel van kandidaat What You Bring: 3-5 years of experience in Brand, Trade Marketing, or Project Management (FMCG) International mindset and experience working across markets Strong analytical skills: able to interpret Excel sheets, financials, market data Stakeholder management experience across business functions Strong communication skills in English; another EU language is a plus Hands-on experience with PowerBI, Excel, and project tracking tools Curious, proactive, and well-organized - you think commercially and act decisively Aanbod Role Details: Start date: As soon as possible - no later than August 1, 2025 Location: Rotterdam Hofplein Hybrid setup: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote Hours: Full-time ZZP €60,- euro per uur Salary indication: €5,000 per month on full-time basis (depending on experience)
