About Dobot Dobot is a world leader in smart collaborative robotics and the creator of desktop-grade robotic arms. Core technologies such as AI, system integration, and intelligent sensing are developed in-house. The core team members come from prestigious institutions including the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tsinghua University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Shandong University, MIT, and others. Founded in 2015, Dobot Robotics created the world's first desktop-grade collaborative robot. We offer 7 main product lines: CR, CRA, CRS, MG400, M1 Pro, Nova, and Magician, with over a dozen robot models. Our robots are used across more than 15 industries, including consumer electronics, automotive, metal processing, semiconductor, healthcare, chemical, and retail. We are the first in the industry to offer a product line covering payloads from 0.5 to 30 kg. To date, Dobot has sold over 80,000 collaborative robots in 140 countries and regions, ranking first in Chinese robot exports by volume for 7 consecutive years. By the end of 2024, Dobot will be listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, marking a significant milestone as a key driver in global collaborative robotics. Responsibilities Providing technical support to channel partners Offering robotic application support and consultations to channel partners and the Dobot sales team Developing and translating technical training curricula and conducting technical training courses for channel partners and end-user workshops Enhancing partners' and users' technical knowledge and skills in Dobot robots and applications Preparing and translating technical documentation Participating in customer visits Representing Dobot at trade shows and seminars Developing applications for trade shows and seminars Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechatronics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields At least three years of experience in robotics or automation industries Experience in designing and integrating robotic applications Experience in conducting seminars and training sessions Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Strong computer and interpersonal skills Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as C++, Java, Python, or Lua (a plus) J-18808-Ljbffr J-18808-Ljbffr
