Position Purpose As a Living Quarter Specialist within our Naval Department (Business Line ENCAR), you will be responsible for: Architectural and technical specification preparation. Design and coordination of building services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, safety). Detailed design review and follow-up with subcontractors. Coordination with architects, REVIT designers, and structural engineers. Participation in 3D reviews. Applying basic knowledge of building services and classification society rules (ABS, BV, DNV). Utilizing 3D review tools such as Navisworks. Qualifications Fluent in English. Permanent contract. 10 years of experience in relevant fields. Proficiency in Office Suite.
