The Credit Risk Management Corporate Bank & Investment Bank unit (within the Chief Risk Officer department) is seeking a Credit Analyst, responsible for credit analysis and monitoring of a portfolio of Italian MidCaps Corporates. Responsibilities Perform high-quality credit analysis, including financial and economic performance assessment, risk driver identification, and downcase scenario evaluation. Support senior credit officers in managing credit requests by analyzing the risk / reward profile of proposed transactions and proactively suggesting risk mitigation structures. Ensure efficient, accurate, and timely responses to business requests. Monitor and report credit exposures, identifying early warning signals. Prepare documentation for Credit Committee and Senior Management Committees. Represent the team in internal audits and regulatory reviews. Skills Graduate or postgraduate degree in business, finance, or a related field. Knowledge of credit products, documentation, and approval processes. Understanding of credit-related regulatory requirements. Awareness of potential risks (reputational, compliance, legal) associated with credit approvals. Self-motivated with a structured approach and strong attention to detail, coupled with the ability to synthesize information. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Ability to build cross-divisional and cross-regional relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
