Business Development Specialist

Job Title : Business Development Specialist Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team in the North and West Italian region. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing business growth and achieving sales targets through regular customer visits and effective communication with the KAM team. Key Responsibilities : Develop business growth strategies and implement plans to achieve sales and gross margin targets. Prepare and present customer proposals, commercial offers, and value selling plans. Collaborate with the QH Fluid Intelligence Solutions team on equipment sales. Communicate effectively with the KAM team to align account strategy and maximize business potential. Requirements : To be successful in this role, you will have at least 3 years' proven sales track record in the metalworking industry, preferably in lubricants, grease, coolants, or similar industrial chemical markets. You will also need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Italian and English.
