Senior Construction Manager

For us, lasting trusted relationships with our teams and clients are paramount. In this role, you will: Partner closely with the Project Manager to support overall schedule management. Be a visible safety leader onsite, actively participating in daily health and safety management and safety audits. Assist with project closeout processes and documentation, ensuring all expectations are met for project approval. Work with key partners to capture all variations and issue costs to the client. Ensure resources are adequate to meet current and future commitments and to maximize opportunities. Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, collaborate on problem-solving, and communicate impacts to partners. Coordinate with QA, Commissioning, and EHS teams to ensure excellent project delivery. Manage and track all project costs, including labour, materials, plant, equipment, variations, and valuations. Oversee subcontractor activities, tracking progress against schedules and labour levels. Lead overall construction efforts as part of a client team, focusing on logistics and handover. Monitor daily field activities, manage information flow, and report issues related to progress, quality, and safety. We would love to hear from you if you: Are an experienced construction manager on large-scale projects with increasing leadership responsibilities. Hold a degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. Possess strong knowledge of the full design and construction process. Have or are seeking professional certification; we can assist. Have a proven track record of managing large projects successfully. Can mobilize teams effectively and drive successful project delivery. Are skilled at building strong working relationships within complex organizational structures.
