Recruiter & HR Officer

As part of its growth and expansion, Currie & Brown Italy is looking for a Recruiter & HR Officer who qualifies under Legislation 68 / 99, based in Treviso with expertise across all of Italy. Currie & Brown has been active in Italy since 2010, assisting both national and international clients in sectors such as hospitality, leisure, residential, commercial property, logistics, and Data Centres. The role: Responsibilities include: Understanding the market and mapping potential candidates against current vacancies. Managing recruitment database, candidate liaison, interview scheduling, and coordinating with recruitment agencies and job boards. Placing job adverts on the company website, job boards, and LinkedIn. Utilizing LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and networking. Representing Currie & Brown professionally in the marketplace. Building relationships with candidates and managing the recruitment process. Arranging interviews and managing the recruitment diary. Responsibilities as HR Officer include: Managing policies and projects aligned with HR strategy and legislative changes. Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance across all HR activities. Implementing training programs and managing performance evaluations. Supporting continuous development and process improvements. Building relationships with hiring managers and understanding their needs. Overseeing administrative HR tasks like payroll, contracts, and leave management. Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback. Communicating effectively with employees and collaborators. Maintaining communication with the Labor Consultant and HR team in London. Skills and attributes required: 3-5 years of HR or recruitment experience. Experience with HR systems and IT skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Business or professional level English skills.
