Why this role is important for us : SimCorp Sofia and SimCorp Dimension are software products designed to support decision-making, administrative, evaluation, and investment control processes, especially in the insurance market. You will be part of the Italian SimCorp Development Team, which consists of small, cross-functional groups. The team members are experts on SimCorp Sofia. Developers write code, fix issues, and enhance the software and its supporting tools. What you will be responsible for : Developing and committing to the Version Plan, aiming for shared targets Contributing to the specification of new functionalities, sharing analysis responsibilities with consulting staff Providing support to clients and colleagues Conducting research, design, prototyping, and exploration activities Creating and executing manual tests Developing product knowledge in a specific domain Contributing to technical and functional documentation of SimCorp Sofia What we value : Most importantly, you see yourself contributing and thriving in this role.
