POSITION - IoT & Connected Systems Integration Specialist We are seeking an experienced and problem-solving oriented IoT & Connected Systems Integration Specialist to join our international Customer Care team. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our connected systems and providing high-level technical support to our global customers. What you will do Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve technical issues related to our IoT systems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. Customer Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to partners and customers, guiding them in troubleshooting and system configuration. System Integration: Collaborate with development teams to ensure optimal integration of our products with digital services and other platforms. Data Analysis: Analyze data from IoT systems to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback to identify areas for enhancement and propose new features. Training and Communication: Provide technical training on our digital services and IoT systems. Verification and Validation: Manage test setups to validate IoT solutions before market release. Global Collaboration: Work with international teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction. Documentation: Maintain technical documentation related to IoT systems. Who you are Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar. Experience in IoT system integration and management. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills and team collaboration. Customer and quality-oriented mindset. Experience with cloud architectures like AWS or Azure. Proficiency with data monitoring and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet, etc.). Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
