HR Cost Controlling & Reporting Specialist We are seeking an HR Cost Controlling & Reporting Specialist to join our Italy HR Payroll & Administration team. How you make a difference This role is crucial for ensuring accurate HR data analysis and reporting, supporting informed decision-making on workforce planning and cost management. Key outcomes include enhancing budgeting accuracy, optimizing labor costs, and providing insights to support strategic growth. Your responsibilities include : Developing HR dashboards with HC and HR KPI analysis (turnover, seniority, gender, etc.) and producing official HC reports for internal or external use; Planning workforce and labor costs: forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning, mainly for Italian companies; Monthly analysis of Actual vs. Budget discrepancies (FTE / HCT) with proper reporting; Verifying data accuracy in HR systems (Infobudget, SuccessFactors, Tagetik HR); Monitoring costs associated with hiring new employees, including position and date. Team structure : You will report directly to the HR Administration & Payroll Senior Manager Italy. This role does not include direct reports. Ideal candidate profile : Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field; Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role within an international environment; Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; Languages: Proficiency in Italian and good command of English.
