POSITION - IoT & Connected Systems Integration Specialist We are seeking an experienced, problem-solving oriented IoT & Connected Systems Integration Specialist to join our dynamic, international Customer Care team. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our connected systems and providing high-level technical support globally. What you will do Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve technical issues related to our IoT systems, identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions. Customer Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to partners and customers, guiding them in troubleshooting and system configuration. System Integration: Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure optimal integration of our products with DAB digital services and other platforms. Data Analysis: Analyze data from IoT systems to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback to identify areas for enhancement and propose new features. Training and Communication: Offer technical training to colleagues and customers on our digital services and IoT systems. Verification and Validation: Configure test setups to validate IoT solutions before market release, ensuring quality and proper operation. Global Collaboration: Work closely with international teams across development, project management, sales, and customer success to ensure project success and customer satisfaction. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation related to IoT systems. Who you are Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. Experience in integrating and managing IoT and IoT Edge systems, with a strong understanding of device and workflow integration. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Customer-focused and quality-oriented approach. Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and related technologies. Proficiency in data monitoring and analysis tools. Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet, etc.). Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
