The Commercial Support Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Spare Parts business, ensuring business continuity while leading the transformation of our back-office opera-tions. The role will oversee the Parts Administration team, driving excellence in order management, enhancing customer experience, and leading the transition from a reactive support function to a proactive, consultative, and value-driven customer advisory team. As a Commercial Support Director, you will: Ensure Business Continuity & Operational Excellence Oversee the Parts Administration team, ensuring seamless order management, support, and customer request handling. Maintain high service levels and drive continuous process improvement. Implement performance KPIs and structured monitoring to optimize response times, accuracy, and efficiency. Strengthen collaboration between the team and Sales, Pricing, and Service teams to maximize commercial impact. Promote the adoption of self-service tools and e-commerce platforms, enabling customers to access spare parts seamlessly. Implement BI dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights to Sales, Pricing, and Supply Chain teams. Your Profile Level of education and languages: Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP), CRM tools, and digital platforms Required experience and skills: 10 years of experience in industrial service environments, with exposure to both customer management and supply chain processes. Proven leader in transformation, with experience in driving operational improvements, digitalization, and organizational change. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of balancing long-term vision with day-to-day execution. Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Supply Chain, and IT. Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage analytics and automation to enhance team performance. Ability to analyze data and present it in a structured and solid way.
