Role Overview We seek Enterprise Data & Analytics consultants to support clients in transforming data into business value by designing comprehensive Data & AI strategies and deploying data-driven solutions focused on business, humans, and ethics. Main Responsibilities include: Understanding client objectives and ambitions for data & AI use. Prioritizing data & AI initiatives based on effort and ROI. Assessing company vision through ethics and sustainability lenses. Evaluating clients' current capabilities to generate value from data & AI. Understanding business requirements and defining the Target Operating Model. Building tailored data solutions and dashboards. Creating data & AI roadmap through use case prioritization. Designing data & AI platforms. Designing business processes and operating models. Candidate Profile We seek talented individuals passionate about data & AI strategy projects, eager to challenge themselves, learn, and grow professionally. Practical experience with data and advanced analytics supporting data-driven decisions. Strong analytical skills, curiosity, and passion for data. Entrepreneurial, agile mindset to support innovative data & AI projects. Proactive in exploring new data solutions and techniques. Experience with Python, R, or SQL. Ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of data preprocessing, cleansing, and transformation techniques.
