The Project Zuru Tech is digitalizing the construction process of buildings all around the world. We have a multi-national team developing the world’s first digital building fabrication platform, where you design, we build it! Modena, Italy, is the Software Development HQ. Here we develop Zuru Home app, a BIM (Building Information Modelling) software meant for the general public, architects, and engineers, created to design, buy, and send to manufacturing any type of building with complete design freedom. Welcome to the future! Your role For the empowerment of our HR Team, we are looking for a Campus Recruiter. Reports to Head of People. Your responsibilities Build and leverage key university relationships, including career center partners, faculty, and student organizations. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders such as hiring managers, people business partners, business leads, and centers of excellence to source, hire, and onboard early talent effectively. Represent and promote Zuru Tech as an employer of choice via social media, conferences, virtual outreach, presentations, and info sessions. Partner with stakeholders to create meaningful experiences for early career talents. Track and report on recruitment activities; identify trends and address gaps proactively. Requirements Degree in humanities or a Master’s degree. Ability to think creatively, experiment, and improve processes. Empathy, strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and enthusiasm. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive, confident, and motivated with a strong focus on goals. Team-oriented attitude. Excellent command of written and spoken English. We offer Salary of 30-36K depending on experience, with annual bonuses and reviews. Flexible working hours with a core time from 10:00 to 12:00. Hybrid work policy from home and office. Paid relocation to Modena for three months. Gym facilities in Modena (soon in Milan). International environment, with amenities like fruits, coffee, drinks, and parties.
