Job Description

PSG Inc., a leader in IT solutions based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a dedicated Assistant Program Administrator to join our Healthcare and Medical division. This role is crucial in supporting the implementation and management of IT programs that enhance healthcare services and patient care. The successful candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks, coordinating project efforts, and ensuring that all program initiatives align with our strategic goals and comply with health regulatory standards. Assist in the development and implementation of program plans and objectives to ensure they meet organizational goals and health compliance regulations. Coordinate and monitor the schedule and budget of healthcare projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within allocated resources. Facilitate communication between project teams, IT departments, and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration. Prepare progress reports and other documentation for management to review. Assist in the risk management and quality assurance processes. Support the training of new staff and provide ongoing education about program changes and technology updates. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of healthcare systems and data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
