The ideal candidate will possess a passion for leadership and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a vibrant and fast-paced setting. Manage daily operations of the salon including staff supervision, scheduling, and workflow management. Ensure the highest standards of customer service and care are maintained, aligning with company policies and client expectations. Recruit, train, and mentor staff members, fostering a supportive and professional environment. Implement and manage salon marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain clientele. Oversee inventory management, including ordering and organizing haircare products. Ensure compliance with all state licensing and hygiene standards. Manage budgeting, payroll, and accounting processes to ensure financial health of the salon. Handle client concerns and feedback, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
