Inside Sales Consultant

Lifeway Mobility, a leader in providing accessibility solutions, is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to join our dedicated team. This role is ideal for a committed sales professional who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives. The Inside Sales Consultant will focus on understanding the needs of our customers, offering them the best possible products from our range of mobility aids like ramps, lifts, and bathroom modifications to enhance their quality of life. Engage with customers over the phone and via email to understand their mobility challenges and requirements. Recommend suitable products and configurations that meet the unique needs of each client. Prepare and deliver quotes and presentations to prospective customers. Follow up on sales inquiries and leads generated by marketing efforts. Keep detailed records of sales activities in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Work collaboratively with the installations team to ensure seamless service delivery. Stay informed about the latest products, technology, and regulations in the healthcare and mobility industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to comprehend and explain detailed technical information. Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on one's feet. Experience in handling customer objections and closing sales.
