PBX Installer

Allbridge is seeking a skilled PBX Installer to join our Technical & Maintenance team. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless delivery of high-speed internet, TV, and voice services to our clients in the hospitality and senior living industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of Private Branch Exchange (PBX) systems, which are vital for internal and external communications within our clients' properties. Install, configure, and maintain PBX equipment and associated hardware. Perform routine system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot PBX hardware and software issues, providing timely and accurate resolution of technical problems. Work closely with IT support staff and telecommunications professionals to integrate PBX systems with other network architectures. Educate and train site personnel on basic operation and troubleshooting of PBX systems. Document installation and maintenance activities clearly and comprehensively. Ensure compliance with all safety and privacy regulations. Strong knowledge of PBX and VoIP installation and configuration. Proficiency in technical support and hardware maintenance. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex telecommunication systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in documentation and record-keeping. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
