Property Technology & Managed Services Project Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled Property Technology & Managed Services Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects ensuring optimal integration of our technology solutions within these facilities. This role demands a keen oversight of project details from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring all aspects meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations. Manage end-to-end project life cycle from planning, execution, to project closure. Liaise between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure clear communication and effective project delivery. Monitor project performance, schedule, and compliance to technical, regulatory, and budgetary requirements. Prepare detailed project plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects. Address and resolve any issues or delays in the project, including those involving subcontractors or suppliers. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication and efficient project management. Oversee the integration of technology solutions, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors. Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
